This tea can absolutely knock me out. I brew loose leaves and buds and eat the remainder in my cup(kind of messy.) Takes about 2 hours to fully kick in. It has a similar effect on a friend but not my wife. So the effect can vary. Hopefully, you are suscep

It helps me sleep if I don't add anything. I also love chamomile with a lot of honey in it, but I find the sugar rush from the honey will keep me awake over the soothing properties of the tea, so that's something to keep in mind in the evening.

I feel more relaxed and begin to drift off to sleep usually before I even finish the cup! If I have anything else to do I don't drink it yet. I also don't add anything to sweeten it so there is no extra energy from sugar .

I have never really liked chamomile and this has taught me that I never actually had good chamomile. This was lovely. I sipped it as the family and I watched a show last night, then slept one of the most restful evenings I have had in months. I would say

I really really wanted to like this tea but for some reason I don't like the chamomile from Adagio. :-( It leaves me with a very dry finish on my throat, almost like I am going to have an allergic reaction that swells up my throat. So sad. I really real
