Creating an account is simple, and will occur automatically as you place your first order. There is not a way to create an account before placing an order.
How to Checkout and Create an Account
Once all the items that you'd like to purchase are in your cart, please click the cart icon and "checkout". Our site will prompt to you log in. Enter your preferred email address then select "first time customer" when prompted if you'd shopped here before. This will present you with an option to enter your shipping and billing details, and finally select a password before placing your order.
Submitting the order will then automatically create a new account that you may access anytime with your email address and the password that you selected.
Checkout with PayPal, ApplePay, etc?
If you checked out with PayPal or ApplePay an account will automatically be created for you that matches the email address associated with your payment.
All of your order history is securely stored on our server. If you want us to refresh your memory about what you ordered last week, last month, or even last year just visit My Account > My Orders to view your history.
Click on each order to view the items selected, the price paid, the address where the order shipped, and much more!
If you would like to merge two accounts, log into the account you wish to keep, and go to My Account > Merge Accounts tab.
How To Merge
Click on the merge button and type in the email address of the alternate account. We will send that address an email to confirm that you wish to merge these two accounts.
You may only merge an account once
The ability to merge accounts will not work again for the email addresses you had combined in the past. Should you have further issues, please email us at email@example.com.
PayPal or ApplePay
If one of your accounts is connected to ApplePay/PayPal payment methods we do recommend making that email address your primary account. This is because all future orders that use those payment methods will always filter into the account associated with that email address despite being merged in the past.
To view your profile page, please visit My Account and look for the VIEW PROFILE link on the upper right (under your name and icon).
From here you can view your signature blends, your bio, the badges you've earned, and your list of friends.
Change Name or Icon
If you would like to change the name that we greet you with, simply visit the personal info page in your account. Here you may also upload a photo that will serve as your icon throughout the site.
Your Wishlist is a great way to remind yourself, or even others, of what looks good to you!
• Add to Wishlist
To add a product to your wishlist, visit its page, and look for the heart icon beneath the menu of quantity/size listings for a certain product. Clicking on the heart will add this product to your wish list. Removing an item is easy, following the same steps.
• Share Wishlist
To share your wishlist with friends and family, visit My Account > Wishlist and look for the sharing icons. You can share via Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler or Email!
All the teas (sized larger than a sample) that you've purchased earlier can be found both within your 'Faves' tab and on your Favorites page.
• Manage Favorites
You can easily remove any of these by visiting the 'favorites' page and clicking the 'X' icon that appears on each teas image. Teas cannot be added to Favorites manually. They will automatically be added when a size larger than a sample is purchased.
Teas you have yet to try cannot be manually added to 'Favorites.' Instead, we recommend using the 'Wishlist' feature.
You may add or delete friends by going to My Account > and clicking "View Profile" under your account name, and scroll down to click "Manage Friends". Or, click here to go to your friends list. There you may remove friends, add suggested friends (people who have added you), or add friends through their email address.
Click on your friend's icon from your profile page or friend's list to see the dashboard. Click "Msgs" in the top navigation tab. There you can make a public message (that will appear on the user's profile page), or a private message (that will only go to their newsfeed).
Or, you may go directly to a friend's profile page, scroll down toward the bottom, and submit a public or private message there.
Send A Friend a Gift Using Loyalty Points
There are two ways to send gifts! The quickest way is from the Gifts Page where you can select your friend, the gift, and add a gift message all in one place! Your gift and note will be added to their next order.
Or, you can navigate to your friend's profile page that you would like to exchange your loyalty points for an item off of your friend's wishlist or your Faves!
Once on their page, scroll down toward the bottom and see the Gifting section. There, select which gifts you'd like to send and they will be automatically added to their cart for their next order.
We make it easy to update the email address that serves as your login. Please visit the email page in your account. All aspects of your account, including order history, blends made, and points accumulated, will transfer automatically.
Update Billing Address
We made it simple for you to change any information pertaining to your account. If you need to update your billing information, all you have to do is
visit the billing information page in your account.
Update Shipping Address
To change a shipping address, please visit the shipping address page in your account. To avoid the confusion of selecting an address that's no longer valid, we encourage you to delete these whenever possible.The changes will be reflected instantly on your account.
Log Out - Browser
To log out of your Adagio account, click the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, and then navigate to the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu on the Account page.
You should see a 'log out' link there, which you can select to be logged out of your account.
Log Out - Mobile
To log out of your account on mobile, click the 'My Account' on the top navigation, click 'Favorites' then scroll down to the bottom of the menu, and select 'Log Out' (below the Tea of the Month Club).

During the Checkout, if this is your first order with us, please select the button next to 'I am a first time customer'. If you had shopped with us before, please select 'I am a returning customer'
If you had shopped with us before and don't recall your password, please select the forgot your password option, and you'll be invited to easily reset it.
One common issue occurs when your browser is auto-filling information. Please manually type all information. For the email address field, please be sure there is no space following the '.com' of your email address.

All sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) submitted on our site is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption, the best industry standard.

All of our visitors' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific task are granted access to personally identifiable information. And these employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure, locked environment.

Promotions, including discounts, game prizes, offers for free items with minimum purchase, and free additions to your cart are some of the fun ways we like to reward and give back to our customers.
In any of these cases, free items added to your cart are designed to be additions to a paid order. Free items may be 'purchased' by themselves by paying for the base shipping rate of $3.75. Orders containing only free items may not be combined with a free shipping promotion.
Discount Promotions which allow you to save a percentage, or dollar amount off your total are limited to one-per-order, and may not be combined.
Some aspects of your account, like order history, we can't delete, as we're required to retain these for accounting purposes. However, you're welcome to delete any personal details, like mailing addresses and credit card numbers. Please visit your account page to remove these details from our system
