To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping bag by clicking on the "bag" icon in the product listing. Once complete, hit the 'checkout' button to enter in your billing and shipping info and complete the order.
Our 'Quick Shop' makes this process even simpler. Hovering over an item's index page image will bring up the Quick Shop button. Clicking it shows you the quantity menu, and you can add the items directly to your cart without visiting the individual page. This works from your Order History too!
If you place and order and realize you forgot to add an item, while it remains unprocessed, you may still add items. Add the new items to your cart, and then look for the 'Add to Last Order' button below the Checkout link.
However, once the order begins processing, unfortunately, we can no longer add new items to the same order.
Unfortunately, this option is not available when choosing PayPal or ApplePay as your payment method. Those services keep your payment information private from us, so we lack a method by which to add further charges under the same transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders received by 3pm local time (EST) Monday to Friday ship the same day. Orders received after 3pm Fridays, or during the weekend, ship the next business day, which will be Monday.
Once your order begins processing, it will be marked as 'processing' in your account. At this point, we can no longer make changes to your order in any way.

To duplicate an entire order, please visit your order history page, and look for the “reorder” option in the details of the order that you’re looking to repeat. Clicking this will add the entirety of the order to your cart. Then proceed through Checkout.
We apologize if your desired tea or teaware item is out of stock. We source all products direct from countries of origin. While this assures superior value and freshness, it also sometimes contributes to long lead times. We're working on ensuring its speedy return and invite you to sign up to be notified the moment it's back. Please look for the opportunity to do so on the missing product page, where you can also track its progress. You can also pre-order many items, and we'll ship and bill them as soon as we have stock once more.
Change your mind? Cancelling your order is a piece of cake. Visit the order history page in your account. You will see a listing of recent orders with the 'click to cancel' option next to each that has yet to be processed.
If the status of your order says 'processing,' then unfortunately the order is beyond cancellation. It had already been boxed up and moved to our shipping dock. Should you still wish to cancel, please refuse delivery of the order and the package will be returned to us. We'll then gladly credit you the value of the items selected, minus the cost of round trip shipping.
It's very easy to change the items or their quantity in your bag. Click the bag icon on the upper right, and select Edit Bag / See Recommendations. To remove an item, simply click the small X icon and press 'Update Cart.' You can edit and item's quantity by changing the number in the quantity box and pressing 'Update Cart'.
Looking to give our products as gifts? We suggest starting with our Gifts page. When an order is designated as a gift, we offer a gift-wrapping option, along with the opportunity to compose a gift message, during the checkout process. Rest assured, your gift invoice will not list prices.

Should you order a physical gift card, we do offer a print at home option!
A tangible gift card that is printed at home before we are able to process the order in our warehouse will result in a physical one not being mailed.
If you prefer printing it out at home and sending a physical card to your recipient, please wait to receive the email called 'order shipped, tracking details'. Waiting for our team to process your order will allow us to create a physical gift card, and let you print the corresponding unique code at home.
To print the certificate at home go to the My Orders page, click on the order number, and select the "print certificate" option.
Remember to keep in mind, if you want to print at home and want your recipient to receive a physical gift card you must wait until your order is processed to print!
If for some reason your order is missing from the order history page, it is possible it did not register on our end as our system immediately reflects new orders. Please try entering it once more and notify us if the issue persists.
Should you have placed an order with PayPal or ApplePay, and the email address associated with those accounts differs from your Adagio account email, the order will enter the system under a different email. To correct this, please ensure the emails match.

When this happens, we offer customers an ability to be notified of their availability, or if they chose, to pre-order the item with the benefit of receiving free shipping. You must have a valid credit card saved on file to pre-order. Pre orders will be shipped to your Default Shipping address.
View your current pre orders in My Account, below your list of orders. To cancel, hover over any existing pre order, and you'll see a 'cancel' button appear. Click the button, and your pre-order will automatically cancel.
