The cream flavors are made with essential oils that mimic the aroma and taste of creme, without containing any actual milk ingredients. They are safe to consume by people with an allergy to milk products.

How would I go about making this iced?

General rule of thumb is to double the amount of tea you would use if making it hot. So 3 scoops becomes 6 if you are going to ice the tea after. Same with the sugar level, double what you would normally use.

Has anyone had the milk curdle in this tea? It happened twice for me. It was heated to 212•

Hello Elizabeth! This can happen with teas that are acidic. The hibiscus in this blend is quite acidic so it can curdle milk.
on
Hibiscus teas are never milk safe on the first brew. Some (like Berry Blues) lose enough acidity that a second brew can be creamed.

Hibiscus is pretty acidic and will usually curdle dairy milk, oat milk has worked pretty well for me with this tea. Other non-dairy milks might work as well.
