Well, to be honest it depends on if you follow the ratios, and it you use the tea leaves more than once... So really it's all just in how you prepare it.

Yes, you can cold brew the tea, however, you may find it becomes extremely dark. We recommend hot brewing to your desired strength and then chilling to serve cold later.

Hi I have a teahouse in Australia and I wondered the same thing so I made it blue froze the tea in ice cube trays than took them out put them in a glass added lemon juice than soap water. Omg it was sooooo good

The butterfly pea is a plant that produces vivid blue flowers. The flowers of the plant are what is used in the tea to give its colour, not the actual peas.

I always prefer lime juice over lemon. Using a slightly different flavor adds another layer to this delicious tea and complements the blueberry surprisingly nicely.
