This greener, less oxidized oolong from Fujian, China caught our attention with its pronounced floral notes at an entry level price. The small, rolled leaf style offers summery orchid notes that make this a perfect affordable everyday the for the floral oolong lover, or an approachable starter tea for the oolong novice. Called Si Jie Chun, Si Jie meaning "all seasons" and Chun "spring", making this a great oolong to enjoy any time of year! Great for practicing gong fu brewing without breaking the bank.

This page says 212º, but my CommuniTEA packet of this tea says 180º. What's the correct steep temp?

“ I do mine at 175F and do the normal time (or would have if i hadn't forgotten i was steeping it). That's only because my boiler doesn't have 180F as a choice. ”
