Beautiful light flavor, goes well alone or with any other teas also. Wonderful with chai, herbal blends, or other greens.
This greener, less oxidized oolong from Fujian, China caught our attention with its pronounced floral notes at an entry-level price.

Beautiful light flavor, goes well alone or with any other teas also. Wonderful with chai, herbal blends, or other greens.
I didn't really care for this tea I thought that it was a little bitter.
Exactly what I wanted: a smooth gentle lightly floral green tea. Sometimes when people find out you drink tea they gift you something they found somewhere, but it’s nothing great wrapped in pretty packaging. This is the opposite of that.
This is a nice, light/greenish oolong. There is no harshness or bitterness to me, but there isn't anything particularly standout about the flavor for me either. Perfectly palatable but I don't find myself craving it.
This is a lovely green oolong. It's not overly expensive, but still has a lovely floral character that evolves over multiple steeps. And, the rolled leaves unfurl beautifully through that first steep, there's something very satisfying about watching your tea open up into a clearly-recognizable leaf shape over the course of a few minutes!
Elegant and lightly is floral to my taste buds. It is smooth and refreshing with a bit of sweetness.
Very nice floral oolong. Comforting and relaxing. Almost like a green tea, but still with more fully-body flavor.
A high quality oolong tea with a pleasant vegetable taste. It is fun watch the tight leaves unfurl in my ingenuiTea.
Not a fan. This was my first time trying a greener oolong, and I was highly disappointed. I would have prefered a straight oolong.
I love the soft floral and green notes on the nose, it reminds me of a warm spring day. The taste is delicate and smooth, and just a little on the green side.
This tea is very good when a light tasting tea is desired. I appreciate the fact that the orchid taste is not overpowering. My friends like this one as well.
This is my every morning tea. There’s an earthy taste to it with undertones of floral flavors. The combo is a nice way to wake up my mind and soul.
I felt this tea hit its goal. It’s not the best floral oolong ever but you’d have to pay a lot more if it was. This is a solid tea for its price range. This is a pleasant oolong with mild floral notes.
Smooth, lightly floral, lightly oxidized oolong. I find this to be a pleasant oolong, but no matter how I brew it, it ends up weak. I enjoy it, but prefer many of Adagio’s other oolongs.
very yummy. has no merit other than aesthetics but these leaves are really
pretty when steeped.
I like how they come in small pieces like this. It is easy to place in the strainer for the cup of tea
I absolutely love this one! It is a great oolong tea and it’s very comforting to drink after a long day
As always, I love a good oolong and this one does not disappoint. A milder flavor, but it still steeped well.
I found this to be weaker than I was hoping. I was missing that smokey oolong experience. Frankly, it's a little disappointing.
Pretty nice, light and fragrant. Not something I need to keep on hand, but I don’t mind it being here.
Nice light, floral oolong! It has a lovely, delicate flavor
Such a good oolong, with a nice mouthfeel and taste. I think this one works equally well hot or cold depending on your mood.
I love watching teas unfurl. 3 min @ 165 then cooled to room temperature because it's 100+ here. Smooth with a faint floral taste.
A nice light, green oolong. It's floral but not perfumy. I like that I was able to get multiple steeps.
I found this tea very subtle with slight floral notes. I am not a big fan of pure tea so I added a bit of raw honey and I did quite like it.
I enjoy oolongs with a hint of jasmine scent if it doesn’t overpower so I had hopes for this more floral oolong. I brewed gongfu as individual packet to 75 ml off boil water for 20 seconds after a rinse first. First infusion was light and airy, second is when the flavor really kicked in and I could taste the layers.
this was a really special tea. definitely buttery softness meets clean spring water.
This is a soft tea. That isn't to say it's weak or too delicate to enjoy, but it's not brash with tannins or jangly with added flavors. This is oolong tea for oolong's sake. Which is awesome. You get the light floral notes, something vaguely vegetal, a green-ness about it that feels playful. A delightful tea.
I am a fan of oolongs! This had a nice grassy flavor and aroma. I enjoyed watching the leaves open up. This tea was even enjoyable up to the 3rd steeping. The color lightened a bit each steep and the mild flavor got milder which was complimented with Adagio Bees Blueberry honey.
Excellent fine tea. One that in my earlier tea drinking years I would’ve said tasted like spinach water. My taste is more refined better now, and I can taste the more floral notes
Lovely, soft Oolong. This one can be steeped again and again for multiple tasty cups.
Grassy and lovely Fujian Orchid brews into a bold cup of tea that's perfect for sipping on a cool morning.
Not for me. Too floral and weak. It tastes too green for my tea preferences.
A little too mellow for me, but interesting flavors presented themselves throughout. Floral and smooth, this cup was soothing.
When I opened my CommuniTEA packet, I was met with grassy aromas from the tea. I steeped the tea for 3 minutes and it produced a light yellow cup of tea. It was fun to watch the leaves unfurl! The flavor of this tea is light, but it has pleasant floral notes.
Nice mild tea today. I enjoyed the smoothness of the tea.
I'm not really experienced with unflavored oolongs, so this is a novice's opinion.
I enjoyed seeing the leaves of my Communitea packet unfurl! Like the description says, this tea feels very green to me. I don't really get strong flower notes, but for me that's a good thing. I don't find it to be an exciting tea, though. But maybe my palate just isn't sophisticated enough. 😄
As the name indicates! Very floral. Lovely oolong tea especially for the price.
Si Jie Chun, the workhorse of the oolongs! This tea is a classic and inexpensive gateway into the world of oolong, and at a good price it's even great for experimenting. Try it with sugar, black, test out doing gongfu for the first time... My only warning would be that Adagio's does get a smidge bitter if steeped too hot or too long, so treat it a little more delicately than you would a darker oolong. While the flavor is a little floral, it's not as aggressively so as Tie Guan Yin, nor is it as grassy as a Jade Oolong- it's a nice middle of the road pick to try out while assessing what qualities you like in oolong!
This tea was a little weak for me. I enjoy honey and cream in my tea and this tea didn’t quite stand up to them.
A well rounded oolong for me that hits all the flavor notes I want in an oolong. I really like this one because it is a well balanced blend of sweet, clean, and floral. To me the floral notes are similar to jasmine. I like this one hot, room temp, and cold.
nice well rounded, floral oolong. i enjoy re steeping several times and experiencing the flavor profiles changing.
This has a beautiful aroma when you open the bag! The first steeping produces a lovely, light floral tea. It's not as strong as the milk oolong, but I suspect a second steeping will allow the flavors to develop further.
Not an overly strong oolong. Kind of delicate and less oxidized. A nice tea but I do prefer a more robust oolong.
Good greenish floral smell in the bag. Retains those floral kind of notes with a little bit of woody note. I dig it.
This oolong is has a good taste . I like to drink it in the morning
An incredibly lush, floral oolong at a very good price point. Strongly aromatic and rich, has a very faint buttery taste, and a lingering sweetness regardless of if sweetener is used. Oolong fans, this one is a must-buy.
I highly recommend Adagio Teas' Fujian Orchid Oolong to tea enthusiasts looking for a unique and memorable experience. Whether you enjoy it during a quiet afternoon tea session or as a refreshing iced tea on a hot summer day, this oolong is sure to delight your senses and leave you craving for more.
Amazing floral, green oolong that tastes far above its price point. Definitely the most bang for your buck as far as oolongs go.
First, this tea is absolutely beautiful as it unfurls. The aroma is a blend of floral and vegetal. The taste took a little experimenting to figure out. This has three main notes 1) floral 2) sweet/honey and 3) lightly buttered vegetables (zucchini/spinach/cabbage family). Brewing per instructions, the first steep is mostly floral and sweet - too much so for my taste. Brewing a little longer and the vegetable flavors balance the floral better. On further steeping, the floral and sweet flavors are gone. The vegetable flavor on its own is rather meh to me. Overall not bad, but nothing that makes me want to order more than the sample size I received.
