"When are you going to switch to coffee?" Chris Roberts asked Diana one day when she visited the Yale lab. "When it comes in tea form!" was Diana's reply. We all know Chris and his students love a challenge, so they set out to blend a tea that tastes like a mocha and packs a serious caffeinated punch. Diana's still not convinced this qualifies as tea, but the people who work with Chris, Matthew, and Miriam drink this by the gallon as it keeps their energy up and the jitters down. Miriam is especially pleased at the reduction in broken glass that has resulted. Deb's Tips: *though this is tea, and herbal, it is high caffeine so don't drink it at night unless you are trying to stay awake * I brew this for 3-5 minutes at 150F. If you don't have a fancy tea kettle just take yours off the heat before it comes to a boil, count to 30, and then pour the water into the cup * I love this with milk and sweetener, hot or over ice. The teas in the All Souls Series of fandom blends were created by me to celebrate the characters and places in my novels.
