After a long day in the library, Diana likes to unwind with this full-bodied but decaffeinated blend. With traditional bergamot notes familiar to drinkers of Earl Grey, this is enriched with decaffeinated creme tea for a hint of vanilla and a bit of bracing spearmint. A double scoop of Oxford Blue cornflowers will have you dreaming of one of the most magical places on earth. Diana recommends you steep this for 5 minutes at 205F to get all the flavor without a trace of bitterness. Deb's Tips: * like all Adagio blends, this benefits from a decant into a clean jar or cup and a good stir or shake to distribute the ingredients * I like it with milk and honey to make a decadent after-dinner treat that will have you skipping dessert * excellent black and iced, for sipping in the afternoons during warmer weather.
