Ravenswood. The Proctor farm is a place of mystery, where secrets are waiting to be uncovered, and this tea captures that feeling. This tea celebrates Diana's New England roots with notes of chestnut and cranberry, coupled with a touch of rose from a summer garden. This caffeinated tea blend includes black tea, natural flavors, and rose petals and hips. The Proctors brew this for 5 minutes at 212F to draw out the rich flavors and scents. I like this with milk and honey, but it makes a great pick-me-up drink when iced. This signature blend was created by Deb Harkness to celebrate the places and characters of the All Souls Series and is part of a curated collection of teas for her readers.
