Sarah might prefer coffee but this tea might change her mind. Black tea is blended with a bit of earthy Rooibos (we know how Em feels about Sarah having TOO MUCH caffeine), then warmed up with apples, vanilla, spice, and caramel. And wait--is that bourbon I taste? I added a bit of pink peppercorn to keep things a bit unexpected like Sarah herself.

Notes: * brew for 3-5 minutes at 212F
* a touch of sweetener will highlight the spicy and sweet notes of this tea
* perfect with or without milk of your choice
* also excellent iced
