Famous fer producin' some 'o thar best quality teas, yonder Balasun Tea Estate (est. 1871) be spread across rollin' hills wit' moderately gentle slope. ye garden altitude varies from 365 meters to 1375 meters above sea level 'n temperature ranges between 44 degrees in winter to a maximum 'o 85 degrees in summer.
