These lovely pearls are made from white peony leaves that are hand-shaped. Each pearl is of the larger variety, weighing on average 3.5 to 4 grams. Once steeped, the cup reveals classic white peony notes of melon and cucumber, a little mineral flintiness and just a hint of honey. Perfect for on-the-road brewing and multiple steepings.

Hello Rory! Each pearl is of the larger variety, weighing on average 3.5 to 4 grams. We would recommend about 10-12oz of water per pearl, depending on taste. You may resteep them!

I normally get three steeps out of one ball. It takes less time to steep after each iteration.
