We thank horticulturists of Brittany, France for breeding the first garden strawberry in the 18th century with a cross from our own home-bred Fragaria virgiana from, yup, the state of Virginia. It came to the U.S. from Chile in the gentle hands of trader Amédée-François Frézier in 1714. The strawberry has become a staple summer fruit with more than 1.4 million tons in the U.S., one-third of the world's production. California is the largest producer with more than 26 million cwt or hundredweight (100 pounds.) Enjoy this ruby red marvel with anti-oxidant rich South African Rooibos and Chinese White Tea.

Is this white tea strong enough to be resteeped?
Asked by William Mason

“ Yes! I usually brew it for 3 minutes the first time and 5 minutes the second time. I haven't noticed the strength of the tea lessening with the second brew ”

“ Thank you for your question. While white teas can be steeped multiple times, we wouldn't suggest more than two(in total). ”
