Hello Cameron! Most contain 0.8 ounces of loose tea, enough for about ten cups, and comes in our resealable, airtight pouch. Some lighter varieties of tea, like this one, contain 0.4 ounces per sample.

I don't know that they sell this particular tea as a bag (not all teas have a bag option), but you can definitely buy it loose. I don't know if that's what you did or didn't want to hear. :)
