I've been looking for the right mix of spices and herbal teas for a flavorful spicy non-caffinated drink. Here, the lemon grass helps cut the 'vanilla flavor' in the rooibos, the only non-real ingredient in this blend. I've made this mix at home and its dang close to perfect.
