How much is in a sample? I'm thinking 6 oz. is a bit much for my purposes so was thinking of getting a couple sample packs.

Hello Joyce! This is plain dried ginger, so using it by itself will be quite strong, and we usually recommend a little be added to a tsp of tea. However, it can be enjoyed on its own if you so desire! We would suggest starting with less and adding more.

Hello Tom! If you're steeping the ginger on its own, it's really up to you! We'd recommend starting at 2 minutes and going from there to reach the desired strength.

Hello Andrew! You can use as-is to add extra ginger flavor to your teas, but you can intensify the flavor by grinding it in our gritTEA.
