'No. But I'm thinking about growing a big black mustache. I'm a traditionalist.' Surprisingly used for comedic relief, this once prim and proper doctor grew into his own aboard Serenity. Never good with the ladies (or, as Zoe pointed out, people in general), Simon's straight-laced and brusque nature was off-putting to most of the crew, but over time his sardonic sense of humor mixed with his quick wit made him part of the Serenity family. Heck, he even punched Mal! (And lived!) This tea is a lot like Simon, blending the high and warm notes of conventional irish breakfast, but surprising you with a hint of currants and other unexpected fruits.
