I tried to make this as close to another popular selling tea as I could. Also specifically chose these ingredients to be caffeine free for a good night cap tea.
After testing it, I recommend using 3 teaspoons of tea steeped at 212 degrees for about 3-4 minutes. Its delicious without any sweetener.
