A replication of another company's tea. It makes no pretense at being chai, but the spices add interest and make for a cheering cup of tea. Be sure to add cardamom PODS. I'd use two for an 8-ounce cup and three pods for 12 ounces. The cover photo reminds me of my backyard in winter and is admittedly a bit dreary, but it's under such conditions that this tea is most comforting.
