This tea is a rough replication of another company's offering. The original calls for licorice root, but I suggest adding white chocolate chips as an accent. One fat chip per 8 oz. cup does the trick for me. Licorice root is sweet but also earthy whereas white chocolate is a bit more refined in flavor and a suitable match for rose flavoring and petals. Also, if available to you, add an unopened cardamom pod or two per 8-oz. cup. The gray-green looks pretty and the pod does make a flavor difference.
