I was looking to make a blend for a Sweet Cinnamon Milk desert tea. I like to add steamed milk to this blend or warm froth to the hot tea with a swirl or two of maple syrup to add more maple in the cup. Doing this makes it much sweeter though so I only add maple if I want a really sweet dessert tea. This blend is definitely sweet enough by itself. It is so delicious from the apple and maple Oolong that most of the time I only add the milk or drink it by itself. I enjoy this as a breakfast tea or desert tea. This blend is delicious poured over ice topped with milk froth as an Iced Cinnamon Maple latte!
