This is a blend of Ceylon Sonata, Decaf Ceylon and Assam Melody to create a clean Southern Style Iced Tea. This is delicious over ice and the way we like it in Texas is SWEET! So add a packet of Adagio's rock sugar or any sweetener will do, if you want a southern sweet iced tea. This is a no frills tea. Very clean high quality leaves that steep an amazingly fresh southern style tea. Paragon means perfection. Perfection is gulping down a southern tea on a hot summer day!

Ready for Diamonds was created for my husband when he dared me to try to find something he could like better than Red Diamond. Be didn't believe it was possible. (He is a RD addict as of 10 years.) After a lot of testing he says this blend is not only close to RD, but maybe even better! Now I tell him I'm "ready for diamonds" for winning the dare. Lol!
