For summer desserts, nothing can beat mango sticky rice. Its light and refreshing yet creamy and decadent, and the tropical fruits just make your mouth sing! There wasn't a tea among the blending options that provided the desired rice flavor, but Sarah M. reports that adding a splash of rice milk to the tea does the trick.
Sidenote: I have found that steeping at 180 for 5 mins achieves a better balance between the mango and the coconut. I also strongly prefer this tea iced. But that's just my personal preference. Feel free to play around with the steep temp and time and report your preference!
