I was just given the most delicious, extraordinary red jewel truffles for Christmas that had dried cranberries and dried pomegranate inside and raspberry powder sprinkled on top, and I just couldnt get enough of them. The balance between the tart fruits and the smooth, creamy chocolate was absolute perfection. So naturally, I had to make a tea about it! This one will go well with milk and sweetener of your choice.
