With near equal parts assam, masala chai (since oriental spice got discontinued), and coconut, this is a revision of my first attempt to reproduce a flavor similar to that of thai tea. FYI, I normally drink chais quite sweet and at least sometimes with milk, so you may want to try this that way, too, and personally, I normally steep at 212 for 5 minutes since I like strong tea.
