When my wife and I tried thai chai (with milk and sugar), we thought it tasted like coconut milk. I created this blend to enhance that flavor by adding some coconut and cream flavored black teas to the thai chai base. FYI, I normally drink chais quite sweet and at least sometimes with milk, so you may want to try this that way, too, and personally, I normally steep at 212 for 5 minutes since I like strong tea.
