An even blend of spiced apple chai and cinnamon flavored black tea offers the classic combination of apple and cinnamon in a chai tea. FYI, I normally drink chais quite sweet and at least sometimes with milk, so you may want to try this that way, too, and personally, I normally steep at 212 for 5 minutes since I like strong tea.
