A near even mix of chocolate chai and vanilla and strawberry flavored black teas, this blend brings the flavor of the classic Neopolitan ice cream to tea, with the chai adding a little kick. FYI, I normally drink chais quite sweet and at least sometimes with milk, so you may want to try this that way, too, and personally, I normally steep at 212 for 5 minutes since I like strong tea.
