You'll need to vigorously shake it up, but yes, it will dissolve in cold water!

You can add this to cold or hot tap water. And drink it. Or you can add this into your water bottle and shake it up and take it with you. That is how I use mine. A special treat on a hot day.

The ingredients are matcha and natural flavor. Only the sweet matcha contains sugar.
