Do you steep this with hot water and then refrigerate or do you steep in cold water overnight?

Hello Katherine! You can brew it either way and see which you prefer. Both will work well.

I'd recommend brewing it cold overnight. I've found that the tea ends up much nicer that way- imo, there's a very obvious difference between cold tea that was brewed hot and cold tea that was brewed cold.
