Yes, Angel - the ingredients are very similar, almost exact. You'll find that our teas are less sweet, b/c we don't add any sugar or artificial sweeteners. Hope this helps!

I have a 0.8 ounce sample bag of this tea. How much water should I use to cold brew this for iced tea? Is there a difference if I brew it as sun tea? Thank you!

The Sample pouch will cold brew about 16-20oz nicely. No difference for sun tea, though we recommend cold brewing.
