The pouches hold 2oz of product. This allows for the brewing of 40 oz of tea.

2 oz? That makes no sense. That would over half a bag of loose leaf tea. I've bought these pouches. There is not THAT much tea in them.

I use 2 bags when I'm doing a pitcher of tea, but I really love my tea strong.

Yes! They really do! I put only one pouch in a quart of cold water and within 4 hours it was delicious as it was! So honestly I fel like if I left it over night, it would be even stronger! and maybe even more water can be used :) but it on your personal

do you leave the tea bag in the pitcher or should it be removed after it sits overnight?

Its is up to you, but we'd say after its steeped for 8 or more hours, you can remove the bag.

What makes this an iced tea rather than just getting the wild strawberry tea?

Hello Justin! It is the same tea with different packaging. This is a convenient way to make a 40 oz pitcher of iced tea, no measuring required, and not to mention easy clean-up.
