These are the same tea! The only difference is that Blueberry White are individually wrapped teabags in envelopes, and the teabags here on aren't individually wrapped and there are loose options.

Hello Marcelle! Yes, the loose, teabag, and iced tea options are the same tea in different packaging. Teabags and portions both contain about 1.5g in our White tea flavors!
