Featuring a modern design, this travel infuser has a double-walled Borosilicate glass body, removable stainless steel basket. To make cleaning a breeze both the top and bottom screw on and off. To use simply place the tea inside the infuser basket and attach to the lid. Fill the glass body with hot water, screw-on lid and turn upside down. Allow leaves to brew to desired strength then remove basket and leaves.

I think they've been saving some really good ones up to use for specific things. That way, they can use them slowly over time instead of all at once. QualiTEA over quantiTEA

I cannot find where to return- replace this. After 2 uses there is a crack in the lid so leaks badly. I needs a replacement lid only. Can you pls help. I've tried to contact 4 times with no response. Looking forward to your direction. Thanks very

Contact the customer service number or email them. I've only once had a problem and they fixed it right away and I've been a customer since 2001.

Hello Kathie! Borosilicate glass is designed for very hot water, you shouldn't have an issue with adding hot water!
