I live in Florida and have two Mango trees in my yard. This is the first year that we actually got a bumper crop that the local squirrels didn't all eat. One is a Hayden and the other a Honey Mango that we found on Pine Island, FL during a trip. They are all sweet and delicious and inspired this tea blend. Add a small amount of raw or brown sugar to the finished tea for optimal flavor.
