Carrollism is the name Agent Parker gives the 'religion' that Joe Carroll's cult follows. Joe prefers to call the cult members his 'friends', or so he tells Ryan (more likely, he just does that to poke at the fact that Ryan has no friends at that point, since Joe doesn't seem too attached to that many of his followers...)
The tea is sweet and welcoming with blood orange and rooibos vanilla, but there's something juuust a little dark and sinister underneath... (And there's that whole BLOOD orange thing - do you really want 'friends' like these?)
