Mike is the second youngest agent in the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) and has studied Joe Carroll. He also has more than a bit of hero worship for Ryan Hardy (which is why there are some similarities between their blends.) He starts out sweet and wide-eyed, but has some really unpleasant experiences during the span of the investigation that give him some hard edges. (He still isn't as dark as Ryan gets, so no Lapsang here!)
