A deconstructed take on the worlds most famous soda. We set out to capture that nostalgic, fizzy flavor profile using only premium tea leaves and spices.We started with Citron Green and extra citrus peels to create those bright, refreshing lemon-lime top notes that hit your tongue first. To give the cup its signature dark body and rich sweetness, we blended in Caramel Black tea. Finally, a distinct measure of Cinnamon provides the secret spicy kick that gives the drink its bite.The result is a complex, zesty, and warm brew that tastes remarkably like a vintage craft cola.Brewing Tip: Real soda relies on sweetness to tie the flavors together. We highly recommend adding a little sugar or honey to this blend to make the Cola taste truly pop!
