Brew at 195-205F for 5 mins the first steep and at 212F for 5 mins the second steep. A splash of your favorite creamer is highly recommended as the fat blooms the flavors. Whipped cream stirred into the hot brew is especially nice. Don't forget to squeeze the leaves (and strawberry) after your second brew.
High caffeine | Steep at 190° for 3 mins

Deep, rich, and lightly smokey. We haven't ordered the official blend, but I've made this as a home brew. Instead of separate notes, the flavors blend into one singular new taste at these proportions. Don't fear the Pu-Erh! Strawberry uniquely cuts through the oxidized chlorophyll (fishy) taste so there are no "bad" batches of this tea.
