Steep at 195-205F for 5 mins. Sweeten with brown or rock sugar to fully bring out the flavors. Low fat milk of your choice highly recommended. A 2nd steep at 212F for 5 mins will be smokier and less sweet smelling. It's especially nice to add a flavored syrup or cream to this cup.
