The need for Cream is obvious as a substitute for the mascarpone-egg white component of tiramisu. And Chocolate Truffle supplies the cocoa powder as well as the chicory that fills in for the espresso. Finally, Caramel contributes the illusion of sugar. It's hardly identical but IS a good tasting blend. I may break with tradition and add a few leaves of Hazelnut tea to portions when desired for extra interest. A drop of whiskey flavor sounds yummy to me too.
