Ingredients and flavors inspired by another company's herbal sleep concoction. However, this blend contains both white and green teas. Their version uses Holy Basil, but I substituted ordinary dried basil straight from the spice cabinet-- just a pinch for 2g of dry tea (an 8 ounce cup). I have no expectation of any tea MAKING me sleep, but this is a soothing low-caffeine tea for relaxing in the evening at home in any case. Cozy slipper time! :)
