A tea for one of my favorite mystery writers, Agatha Christie, which is based on her favorite tea at Browns Hotel in London, which was the inspiration for Bertrams Hotel. She liked a poppyseed orange cake, so this tea has assam, a teatime classic, with orange and vanilla to create a lovely, sweet, complex tea.
