A tea to celebrate the literary legend that was Jane Austen! A couple of common themes in some of the desserts of her time were almonds (although that was also often in savory dishes too) and roses, so I reflected this with making the prodomenant flavor being almonds, the next being vanilla for a familiar dessert note, and both summer rose and an additional sprinkling of rose petals. It will have the unique flavors of the Regency Era, while also being a romantic delight to the senses.
