Natalie has her own approach for dealing with her boss, but she's still a strong influence and a good friend. She works hard to get Mr. Monk to appreciate the "two-way street" relationship between detective and assistant. Natalie's tough when needed but overall pretty sweet, represented by this hazelnut/chocolate blend.
