This upgrade to the basic Valentines tea blend takes a sweet, roasty black tea and adds loads of dried fruit - namely, the Wild Strawberry and Dewy Cherry fruit teas - to it for tart depth and additional layers of fruity flavors. I also used additional cacao nibs and chocolate chips to bolster the chocolate flavor in the face of the berry onslaught. Finally, some extra rose petals help maintain the floral notes from the original Valentines blend. Basically, a personal upgrade to one of my favorite official blends.
