A variant on my Sweet February blend that replaces the Earl Grey Moonlight with decaf Ceylon vanilla tea. It also uses chocolate chip and rose petal inclusions, instead of rose hips. These changes slightly reduce its caffeine content and produce a simpler, more focused flavor of roses and chocolate. Very soothing and sophisticated-feeling.
