A decaffeinated blend inspired by Beekeep's "The Spy". A little softer and smoother than his caffeinated counterpart, this is everyone's favorite idiot spy boyfriend when no one can see him but those he allows closest. It brews up a lovely red color reminiscent of a certain spy's favorite leather jacket, and is just sweet enough to serve as a nightcap. Use 2 tsp/8 oz, 212F for 5 minutes.
