Soft, subtly sweet with a hint of citrus peeking through, like a sunny hopeful hero setting out on a galactic adventure. In the tin the scent is similar to cake batter, and when brewed it has a taste that is reminiscent of a lemon chiffon cake. Light, airy, and sweet -- with a hint of lemon and pineapple peeking through. A perfect way to meet the day, or as an early afternoon indulgence.
